Why Cebu is the avenue for Investment?

Good Morning Sir/Ma'am! Thank you for responding to my post a while ago. I have to talk to you about Cebu. Why I choose Cebu as the avenue for investment. Cebu is on its flight to greatness in terms of economy. Part of it is the emergence of different Condominiums, BPOs, huge commercial malls and small scale businesses. There are thousands of waiting for approval in HLURB with regards to Condo. Why these businessmen and investors hurriedly invest here in Cebu where in fact they could have it in other places? Because one very reason they saw, its future. People are jumping from different islands to Cebu for the purpose of having jobs or perhaps doing some businesses. But one thing is very sure, the emergence Ex-pats and OFW's, and Visitors from different countries are always looking for a place to be rented for a month or months. And they are only few here in Cebu which is consider as good and friendly place to stay and of course, affordable. What I am proposing now with the events above, I advice it is good to have a condo unit or units for you to Rent for investment. Rental is a prolific business. A lot of foreigners particularly Europeans and Koreans are fond of renting. Advantageous its your Unit, you let your condo unit be a passive income of yours. Let your money work for you. Again, I advice don't put your money to be sleep in the bank, let it grow rapidly in investing real estate properties. Property appreciates always. And we have the best location I can offer for you. Today is the due time for Investment. If you think you can afford it,you  don't have to think twice, let go and let God. Why Cebu?

Thoughts about Cebu are in the air. A lot of questions and hearsay that Cebu have been chosen to be the prime of all, not just by our faith in God because we have the Holy child Sto. Nino who protects and guides us always. But Cebu actually is in its maturity in terms of leadership, cooperativism, economics and most of all the maturity of Cebuano's attitude whom they believe that child God, Sto. Nino is working within them.

Faith and Action by way of attitude is normally going hand in hand in the lives of Cebuanos.

How good and pleasant it is to hear these kind of comments from our fellow filipinos living in our neighboring islands. I know Cebuanos don't have so much things to boost for because first and foremost there are no things to boost, it's a natural flow coming from the normal activity of Cebuanos who work, for the betterment of his/her country, with faith and passion. That's the truth.

If you happen to look at the surroundings in Cebu, a handful of skycrappers, condominiums, malls, BPO's building, bridges, huge infrastructure are fruits of this passion within with faith by the Cebuanos.

That's why a wave after wave of foreign investors keep coming from different places to Cebu just to invest because they know the fast returns of their investment are assured. Not just that, Filipinos particularly Cebuanos are opening their mind for this investment. They see a huge potential return of their money  in investing it here in Cebu. However, Cebuanos are brilliant. They see the easiest and fastest return of their investment with less-hassle its in. Where?  I know you know it. It's in REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT. Wow! Great and wise choice of avenue. Until now, Cebuanos keep investing their money in Real Estate.
